Urgent! What can I do with an over ripe Banana?

I often find that after eating a bunch of Bananas there is the last one that gets too ripe to eat. Shame to throw it away....Yes?

Take off the skin, put the fruit in a plastic bag or container and freeze. OK to use later for a smoothie or in banana bread. I do this all the time. Even if the fruit turns brown it will still be OK to use. For banana bread, the riper the better.

Make "kluay taag" (sun-dry) banana out of them by peeling off skins and put them to dry in the sun for two or three days.

Mashed bananas on toast are delicious with a small sprinkle of cinammon.

Peel it. Cut it in half (lengthways), add a few knobs of butter and some sugar. Cover with foil, then bake for 10 minutes in an hot oven (around 200 C).

    And frigid foreskin

    Even candy cocks

So, Lucky Dog posted his "urgent" request and then left the scene. I don't suppose he'll ever let us know what he's done with his limp banana.

I'm surprised nobody has posted the obvious answer yet.

^Perhaps he thought of it himself. Wonder if he froze it first?

^^ yes from I've heard ramming an overripe banana up there would be like pushing a shopping trolley down oxford street on a sunday morning.
