Bought a kilo of jalapenos last week, so might as well put them to good use.




Paprika and 300g of Tethco's finest pork mince not in the pic.

The only minced pork I trust, because I'm a fussy koont, is the one that Tesco has prepacked.


Step Uno

whipped out ze old wok, before transferring to clay crockpot.



cumin seeds, oregano, minced garlic and onion doing their thang

in with the taco seasoning, chili powder and paprika



Fried up and yer tinned tomatoes and diced jallies delicately placed on top.
