And how to spell a 4 letter word.

Check out me thread about how to easily batch cook a load of chicken breast in breadcrumbs, BLD.

    Get half a dozen breasts.
Slice the main breast in 3, plus the trimmed tender, so 4 from each breast.

Toss in flour, plop into beaten eggs, shake in a box with seasoned breadcrumbs, into yer fat fryer.

Deep freeze the ones not being scoffed within a day or two.

Can be served about a thousand different ways.

Easier to just find the EIA thread

    Just a moment...

    With mash and gravy.
    With pasta.
    As chicken parmigiana
    with french fries
With rice and Japanese curry sauce
in a wrap with iceberg lettuce and mayo
    With a salad
    With humus and pita

    etc etc

forgot to take pics of the stirfry

    Tonight its
a Tuna and pasta bake using a couple of cans of tuna that were hiding in the cupboard a few basic packet mixes and that spaetzle stuff.

    boil this for 15 minutes

a packet of this, 2 cups of water 1 cup of milk crack a beer and bring it to boil in a saucepan , ave more beers then decide adding a sachet of french onion soup will make all the difference
He promised to headbutt me, if he ever saw me. Charming.

I guess that my solution would be that he 'never saw me'.

And for veggies I added some corn that Mrs bld had thoughtfully shucked and the last of a bag of peas. There's a French bread stick to mop it up with. The young bloke gave the thumbs up but his bro reckoned it amounted to child abuse. Fussy kunt.

Chop it up and fry it in a pan.

    Make some salad.

    Fill some toasted pitta breads.

    Job done!

Doing something similar now with chicken, pics incoming.

And don't forget to go all retro and add a pineapple slice.
