A large 150g bag of leafy baby greens
A large 425g tin of tuna (275g of tuna when drained)
Salad dressing

I actually cheated and broke the bloke rules here since I discovered that I did not have any salad dressing so I had to.... make my own from scratch.... Aaaaagh!

Olive oil
Cider vinegar
Garlic (from a jar!)
Pepper

It was a top feed with leftovers and 10/10 for health

Leafy greens are the gold standard
Tuna is 25% protein plus omega oils
Olive oil dressing is good
