I didn't fuck anything up. The menu probably isn't even like this. Its probably only what the screen on the kiosk looks like after you select your meal size. And even that is weird to have "large" in front of it with no comma, slash or anything.

It should say "Dbl Quarter Pounder with cheese meal /Large"
