Bone in Rib eye. Very nice.
A bit overcooked for my liking, but with decent meat you cannot go wrong.
This is last nightÂ’s effort.
the previous steaks look a bit overdone on the outside but that is a result of them being put on a smoking hot BBQ plate just long enough to caramelise the outside.
then I cook em in the oven for a bit.
I have a Bluetooth meat thermometer and it works exceptionally well. They come out ready to melt in your mouth.

Looks decent, but it's not really a steak. More of a bone in rib eye roast?
Well……. I call em steaks. I thought a roast was like for more people.
if they a cooked fully on the BBQ would they be a steak then ?
and they only 2 inches thick.
Those are tomahawk steaks and most likely rib-eye. A little too medium for my liking, but I imagine they were delicious.
