i had an Alpen bar. strawberry yoghurt flavour. They are available for free in the pantry at my office. I usually sneak 2 or 3 of them home every day as my kids like them too.

I had a mug of Tesco tea (more PG Tips than Liptons) and 3 slices of wholemeal bread with strawberry jam.

(There is a tea bag tea leaf in my office who took my Twinnings Earl Grey. For some reason they don't want the Tesco brand)

What we call 'brunch' in Australia (usually indulged in when hung over/slept in for whatever reason/having a lazy day/no time for brekkie/Sunday Brunch etc.)

Mine was a chicken avocado salad focaccia from the local deli,awesome.

Five decades ago when I was at primary school we used to call it "little lunch".
Then when I was a big boy and started work we called it "smoko".
Then, after a few more decades, it became known as "morning tea".
Now it has the more politically correct name of "morning break".
WTF they are going to call it next year I couldnt guess. I kinda like "smoko " though".
