Thought I would try out some tips gleaned from the thread so far in my fry-up evening breakfast tonight.
Tea is brewed just prior to serving so it remains piping hot till the culmination of the cholesterol smorgasbord (making sure to leave the PG Tips bubble poking up like a menacing Portuguese Man-o-war lurking just below the surface in the mug).
Beans were reduced a bit to thicken them up. Not sure if I did it right but I have to say I prefer the runny heinz tomato sauce that soaks into the hash browns so I think I will be passing on the reduction process next time.
I tried going with the beans in a bowl but it made me feel uncomfortable looking at them, in a way that it was difficult to put my finger on.
So they ended up poured over the snags as is my usual style.
After my big gay Sunday with bubbles and liqueurs I think I just needed to ground myself again before another push at exploring the fluidity of my sexuality another day.
