cricket snackage, chicken legs sliced to bone, drizzled with peri peri and microwaved, juice drained into a saucepan and reduced, add Mrs toots roasted chili paste . Chicken into the oven to finish cooking and then the reduced sauced back over the top.

Looks fantastic.. looks like a lot of work went into it
^ easy, the peri peri is from a bottle, 7 mins in the microwave and 10 mins in the fisher price oven. actualy Mrs Toots roast garlic and chili paste takes some time but its straight from my fridge.
