    This is serious business!

No winging it allowed, I'm under orders.

I blame that program "Friday night dinner" for this.

Anyhow, got the scales working by massaging the batteries.

^Got to be honest, I've never owned a set of kitchen scales so things like you're having a crack at here are way beyond my humble kitchen skills. Look forward to reading your next posts in this thread tomorrow morning thru bloodshot eyes with a coffee in hand, there'll be a red or green sent then

I've never seen oats in a crumble before. Let us know what the difference tastes like, Chitty.

Apples peeled and de-cored, sliced up thin .

Heated slowly in two tablespoons of water for 5 mins with a tablespoon of sugar to soften and sweeten.
    Careful not to burn..

Keep the apple pips for an orchid in 10 years time down the end of the garden.

All gonna be mixed up now and bish, bash boshed on the fruit then slung in the oven for 30 minutes.
Time to concentrate on the main course and getting pissed now.

Chop the fresh coriander, stir the chicken Madras sauce, have another cheeky sip of rough brandy.
Take the crumble out of the oven and leave to rest, put the custard in the pan , where's my poppadoms gone.
    Top up,yes please.
Come Dine with me TD special would be fooking awesome, can you imagine the scenarios
    Shit somethings burning...

It's pretty straight forward to find weight-to-volume conversions of various ingredients, eg 120 gm flour is one cup.
