First up some nice thick boneless pork chops. Marinated in a garlic ginger teriyaki...

Ok chops out of marinade, marinade put in bowl on the right to brush chops while grilling. On the left got my sauce going for the sweet heat smoky beans. Bean sauce includes Huy Fong garlic chili sauce, some garlic hoisin, a few drops of worchestershire, about a tablespoon of liquid smoke, some sorghum molasses, brown sugar, sprinkle or three of dry mustard powder and some bottled bbq sauce.

Beans ready to go in the oven while grilling chops...

Out to the grill...getting some smoke on those bad boys. Applewood pellets and chips in the smoker box. Used direct and indirect heat methods.

Back in the cool AC letting the chops rest a little alongside the castiron cornbread the wife made.

Dinner is served...sesame ginger dressing on the salad and a glass of wine. Wife provided the wine, I know nothing about it except that it tasted good.

Next up, beer can chicken...or rather root beer can chicken. Never done one before, should be interesting. Thursday is the plan for that...maybe.
