I also pointed out that dehydration is a huge factor. Gotta agree with you thought that armstong likely has a shit diet. I do firmly believe pot/ cup noodles from.a 7/11 come in Styrofoam containers though. And probably have done so for 35 years. As for port. You haven't tried decent port. Brilliant on a cold night . The family were out for dinner years/decades ago and myself and my sister decided on some after dinner port. The newly immigrated Polish waitress thought it was the same as red wine and served it in full wine glasses. I did me good deed for the month by taking this down to a local old dog we have affectionally called Mr Growly.

A very old fella that is well past his prime but was obviously king of the block for many a year. Probably couldn't beat a grasshopper nowadays, but still patrols his owner's plot and will snarl and growl with his head bowed while one pokes a doggy-stick through the fence, and then look at up with sorrowful old eyes while happily chewing, knowing that he's well beyond anything that might come his way.

I'm always wary of giving food to other people's pets here, with such a culture of people poisoning their neighbour's pets because, I don't know, the owner overtook them on the road or didn't use the correct smile or something.

Anyway, the Old Boy's tail was going nuclear just at the scent of it. So hopefully he didn't choke and my house won't be burned down the next time I go out.
