And Nid, thanks for the advice, but for the record, I lost 50 pounds in the past and know what a calorie restricted diet looks like as well as spending four weeks at a Muay Thai camp that fed me amazing mediteranean dinners that were healthy, but plenty. They fed me Thai food for lunch and mediterranean food for dinner.
