Tonight was something. I went out after work and bought a Wok and a stainless steel steamer. I was about to make dinner when a friend stopped by and wanted to know how to order in food.. lol.. she wanted me to order in with her. I declined and said that I was trying to cook in and more healthy these days.

Due to the late arrival, I decided against doing the yellow Thai curry. Instead I made Korean yellow type curry. The curry comes pre-made pretty much and is delicious.

This recipe was also a mish-mash of my own concoction.

This recipe I'll call,

Korean Ottogi Curry with Vegetables and Couscous


First,
I cut and washed some vegetables including, mushrooms, broccoli and snow peas. The pics aren't the best quality.




Next, I stir fried the veggies with my new amazing Wok! Great idea whoever suggested getting a wok. It only cost me $60. Stainless steel with a wicked cover.







Here is a picture of what the Korean curry looks like. It is medium flavor, but you can also get mild and hot.




After that, I made some couscous in a pot.




Then I mixed the couscous in with the curry/vegetable mix. Yum Yum! Dang it smells good.




Love my new Wok! Best buy ever!




Almost finished.. dang delicious girl! You can cook in a shirt.

Should have underlined her not please, I for one have had enough of this posters tits. Every fucking incarnation we get tits... Chico where are you?

You cooked a packaged meal for god sakes... Read the ingredients and tell us that is healthy...

Anyway, I won't respond to rudeness..
I enjoyed the meal a lot and cooking in my new Wok!
These meals are really good, no joke. I did not have time to do the whole made from scratch curry, but my meals are quick and easy!
