^ A good article. Worth a browse.
Read it again, not scanning. Definitely some good pointers there.
I would add: cut the skin of your tomato slices. Don't chop them up, but go around the edge of the slices nicking the skin in 4 or 5 places so you don't get a whole slice dragging out other ingredients when you bite, just like the article says about onion rings.

What a difference 20% fat, cheese and some salt n pepper makes.
Gone in 60 seconds burger...
Lamb burger is on the agenda next.

Pagman 2017?
The Pacman burger..
Seems as no one integrates beet root into their burgers anymore....
^ Because it has no place on a burger that's why.
^^ Not knocking the place, as I haven't tried it. I was looking for location and came across this recent review - Bad Burger Bangkok | Burgers restaurant | BK Magazine Online
If you are in to burgers, then this may be of interest to you - BANGKOK BURGER BLOG | Burger List
Double dirty burger disaster day..
£20 and a one hour wait, left an appropriate tip..
Hope the wankers enjoyed the tip
No need for that
They look good AO.
Couple of comments: Whole onion rings, we've been informed can lead to a bite pulling fillings and sauce out of the sandwich. (And tomato slices without their skins being nicked too ;TM Maanaam).
The patties look a bit small, a bit thin, and a bit over-cooked.
A bit too much sauce on the bottom layer, too. It should never be flowing over.
I do note that these burgers follow the advice of the BK deconstructor above in having the patty "toppings" as "bottomings".
My favourite burger in Pattaya right now, the Bacon Cheeseburger w/ BBQ sauce at Hemingways. Cannot fault it, it's really tasty. Great chips and a nice little salad on the side too, costs about 250 Baht.
Either that burger is tiny or the chips are way too thick.
Looking at the onion ring for scale, perhaps both of the above.
But then, if it tastes good, it doesn't matter, except for the price.
^^Just the phone-camera angle makes the burger look small. It will fill a big eater up, no problem.
Just ordered a burger
Meanwhile, Google has been roundly condemned for their cheeseburger emoji because the cheese is under the patty. Google CEO has promised to drop everything and sort the debacle out.

I liked this comment; "Cheese misplacement is clearly the result of not enough diversity on the emoji team. Damn those vegetarians."
