Have 3 of my multinicks coming round later, so doing up some pork parmigiana.
First things first.
Crack open the box of Montclair and let the first glass breath via me stomach, mouth and nostrils.
Second things second.
Cherry tomatoes with herbs and cracked pepper, drizzled in olive oil, and bunged in ze oven for a nice roasting.
Some will be added with the marinara sauce, some will be kept for the salad.
Will be served with linguine tossed in olive oil, garlic and basil.
