Looking for CH, F, or D Baker

We are looking for a trained baker, living in Thailand, who can teach my wife the fineness of making good bread. She already knows a lot from friends, books and the internet but now she needs somebody, who can show her the professional tricks of bakery. We can provide travel expenses and accommodation in the town center. Anybody interested to spend a week or two in Chiang mai and teach my wife for two to three hours a day, please contact us.

People seem to think that craft bakery is a skill one can pick up by learning in a 2 hour course from the internet.
In most countries its a 5 year apprentiship before one is a skilled craft Baker.
