Ok, firstly . . . I did make the dish . . . and everyone wolfed it down.
Secondly . . . you're English. Why can you cook?

But seriously. I did attempt it, albeit with a few alterations. I used vegan cheddar style cheese (but kept the brie and didn't tell my youngest). No fresh thyme so used sage instead - same citric family, used two eggs in the mixture and only used one layer of pastry on the top of the dish . . . because . . . (I didn't pay attention to the video :sad)
