Mr Brown goes to the red shirted protests at government house

Well it's not my mate, it's me Pot; though DD already knows that; christ, even Butterfag and Scumpy knew that.

Last night protesters decided to block the road at the democracy momument, I was slightly gutted as I didn't have a camera with me and would have been a bit nervous to go anyway.

As time passed last night an old friend paid me a visit at my bar; thankfully equipped with a shiny Canon camera around his neck. After a few jars and the decision to go home we went for a walk. With us well oiled with beer I thought I'd take him on an average tourist excursion to the protest at the momument

It was 11pm and we throughly enjoyed it there and I decided to get the balls and walk to government house. It was blockaded by the reds but in Thai I mangaged to persuade the guard to let me in and we proceeded to the main stage at government house.

Fok me, did we get some looks but thankfully mostly positive. The trip to the main stage was like a journey to the queen in a bee's nest if you could imagine that.

I've got shitload of photos but the upload times are very slow so excuse the waiting time

This is what occured at the end of the night when we decided to have a couple of beers just off Sathorn for a night cap, it was passed to my table from another. Please note I was wearing a Truth Today red shirt.

Some red shirts at the entrance to the blockade at government house

My sex tourist mate at the blockade at the democracy momument

Will continue but the upload speed is slow so please hang on as I have loads of photos - I just need to arrange them in chronological order to make this thread more enjoyable.

    Looking forward to the thread.

Nice note left on your table, seems like their opposers have just as much balls as the reddies themselves. I gave it verbally to 5 of 'em on a footbridge just after being caught up in their road block bollix and they scampered off like little girls.

This guy served us up 3 Leos

We've got through the guards, sorry I can't find the piccies now; I'll post them later

    More provisions for the protesters

Right we're inside the compound now and the oration from the stage is being pumped all over the place with protesters camped out everywhere. This was like the journey to the centre of the earth to find the stage. It's around 12am now

Girl serving food within the compound

    Here's the queen bee

There were people everywhere is was difficult not to step over them which of course extremely rude here, we succesfully shuffled through

I was very polite and people were very happy to have their piccies taken

My last shot of the stage before we started to head out

    Some Thaksin prints for sale

Can't see it too well but that is a portrait of the king, any translate the Thai here?

    Peace bro

I was really starting to enjoy myself now

My mate - the girl behind let me sit in her chair

This is one of many screens dotted around the camp

Here I bought my red shirt and Thai wrist band - 220 baht in all, bargain - though could have got killed in it later on as I put the shirt immediatly on

Well to stop those looking for Thaksin I found him, now wheres my reward

He needed some som tam, he was looking thin

Right, I have left the protest and returned home, so we went to grab a few beers around my soi

Where I live is near immigration and all the shop keepers are pro democrat, I was certianly taking a risk - I was a bit drunk and just acted stupid as if I didn't know what the shirt meant

Heres the gut who wrote "fuck u red shirt" and sent it to my table - I'm a good talker and next thing you know he's my best mate

Will post more if you want, but how did i do? No poo anywhere and I extend my olive branch and apologise to everyone for past actions on here

    Ta,

    Pot

    Your Actions Are Unsat

I don't know if you have been here too long or not long enough, but what you and your mate did was totally stupid. If the red shirts do not end up in charge you and your mate will be marked foriegners for sure.

It's ok to get crazy from time to time but not stupid. You took a big chance and made it so now you want to show it to others. Nice pics but you should not have put yourself in this situation.

I hope all turns out well and others (Thai) don't see you as actually taking sides in THEIR battles.

If you have been here long enough then you know SOME Thai's like to show a farang off sort of like a trophy. It gives them an upper edge so they believe.

Hopefully no one took pictures of you and your mate..

Anyway good pics and all I can say is to each his own and I wish you the best of all.

I don't want to get into any pissing contest with anyone on this site as I was only posting my views as I thought forums were made for, but I guess if my views are not other individuals views then its wrong! So be it.

Take care and do whatever your heart desires as we are all (Hopefully, no pun intended) grown men and women and are capable of making our own decisions in life weather it offends others or not.

Again sorry if I offended anyone.

    Happy Songkran.

^ don't let it get you, its a pictorial

There is no political motivation behind it.

How many other Tdr's have gone so far to get photos of the protests

    I deserve more credit

    Thugs?

Seriously there were many pleasant people there

No video - probably wise as it looks more like information gathering
