Booked Grand Centre Point in Pattaya for the weekend. Said it came with a water park and was close to the wrestling bar I'd travelled for. Attached to Terminal 21 with a food market by the side it looked pretty decent. 6k a night. They don't sell alcohol in the hotel but there's a Tops in T21 and we ate out anyway.

The room was lovely. Kid got a free "upgrade" to a sofa bed.

Very relaxing to fall asleep under. Less fun when you wake up hungover and blinded at 3am needing a piss.

Saturday was spent by the pool. I'd probably spend ages in one if I had one.

The water park was quite lame but we had a swim and there was a decent kids club. Daughter enjoyed the foam party the most.

And then I wished them well and headed out to meet my mate.

It was so fun I didn't take any pictures. But the fights were very fun and enjoyable. I got involved quite a bit.

Plus you could sign up for a fight and win a beer.

I lost I think.

1. No. I'm a fully grown pig.
2. It was raining so not much of a crowd. Which was great as we got 3 or 4 fights in.
3. That's on the cheaper side unless you're staying above a bar with a squat toilet.

As long as you and your family had a nice time that's all that matters.
I would advise the housekeeping staff not to spray luminol on the ceiling it shows up the stains, or maybe best to use a different cleaning product.
