German caught taking obscene pictures in local Park.

This case comes from Banglamung Police Station where a Police Sub-Lieutenant investigated a case of lewd conduct involving a German national, Mr. Heirnich Telser aged 53. He was seen in the Nongprue Public Park taking movie shots of young school girls which appeared to contravene Thailand’s obscenity laws. At the station, Police examined his Digital Movie Camera and found material which although not explicit, clearly showed close-up shots of the young girl’s underwear. Mr. Telser confessed to making the video and we understand he is to be charged in connection with the incident.
