Four Motorbike Racers in Pattaya Seriously Injured After Colliding with One Another

Four illegal motorbike racers were seriously injured early Tuesday morning in Pattaya when they collided with one another as they attempted to evade police.

At 00:46 AM on August 13th, 2024, the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Unit received reports of a severe motorcycle accident at the railway crossing on Soi Nong Krabok, Nongprue sub-district, Banglamung district, Chonburi province. The rescue team, along with Pattaya police and The Pattaya News team, quickly responded to the scene.

Upon arrival, four injured individuals, two men and two women aged only between 16-20 years old, were found lying in a pool of blood on the grassy area beside the railway tracks. Concerned friends of the victims were present at the scene. Rescue workers administered first aid before urgently transporting the injured to a nearby hospital.

According to a police report, the crash involved two motorcycles: a modified blue and black Honda Wave 125, which was heavily damaged, and another modified black Honda Wave 125, which was struck in the middle and thrown into the grass, sustaining significant damage.

A 38-year-old food delivery worker Mr. O (real name withheld upon request), who witnessed the incident, stated that he saw a group of teenagers riding modified motorcycles at high speed while fleeing from pursuing police officers. At the railway crossing, two motorcycles collided head-on with one another, causing the riders to be thrown into the grass. He immediately notified rescue services.

Pattaya police later revealed that they had received reports from local residents about a group of teenagers racing on the highway. When the police arrived to investigate, the teenagers panicked and fled, leading to the subsequent accident.

Strange story. Two motorcyclists crashed 'head on' when trying to evade the police.

The ‘modifications’ will be the fucking exhaust systems these fuckers fit that emulate a 650 cc at full chat. And the police do nothing even though it’s an offence.

A nice example of hoisted by one’s own petard but their experiences will be of no avail given they have no cognitive function worth shit and will be back on the roads again……unless of course amputation or death ensues.
