Thread: One-Way Traffic on Pattaya’s Soi Diana and Soi Honey Begins

The one-way traffic system on Soi 11 (Soi Diana) and Soi 13 (Soi Honey) connecting Pattaya Second Road and Soi Buakhao will go into effect tomorrow, Tuesday, May 21st.


This new traffic arrangement is implemented by the Pattaya City Council, aiming to improve traffic flow and ease congestion, especially during peak hours.


Soi Honey will be one-way inbound from Pattaya Second Road towards Soi Buakhao. Soi Diana will be one-way outbound from Soi Buakhao towards Pattaya Second Road.

The city announced that this is a trial program, so drivers are urged to be extra cautious as everyone adjusts to the new traffic flow.


Large signs have been painted on the roads in question and installed in the area and traffic police and municipality officers will be on hand to help direct traffic and inform drivers of the changes.
