it would seem that most m'cycle accidents/deaths are the fault the far less skilful and much more negligent car and truck drivers than the m'cycle riders, apart that is from the often spectacular accidents caused by the stereotypical drunken, gormless or thrill seeking and luckless chickenhead who if they werent killing themselves on their bikes are so genetically inept at life that they would probably be killing themselves whilst using a pencil sharpener, can opener or taking a piss.
