A 26-year-old woman was found dead at a resort on Koh Larn yesterday afternoon (November 4th).

The Pattaya City Police was notified of the incident at a resort near Sangwan Beach on Koh Larn. The name of the resort has been withheld pending further investigation by Pattaya City Police.

Emergency responders and Pattaya Police arrived at the resort to find the undressed body of Ms. Sasiprapa Saeree, 26, on the floor in a bathroom of her guest room. Police told the Thai press that no sign of a struggle or altercation was found on her remains.

Two friends of the victim, whose names were also withheld by police citing the continuing investigation, were found intoxicated in the same guest room. The two friends, who were described as a young male and female, both stated they had no idea what happened to Sasiprapa.

The two friends of the victim told police they were heavily drunk and the three had all been drinking before Ms. Sasiprapa went to take a bath. She was later found dead by the friends, at which point they called the police for assistance.

Pattaya Police are continuing their investigation to find the exact cause of death of the victim and at this point have not speculated as to the cause.
