Maybe this twat has been taken in by the patter and sales technique of his potential defence lawyer, and is convinced he's getting off.

Hopefully the reality will be that he's getting conned and both Thai sides are all gonna have a good drink regardless, while he gets put away for a few years.

The only trouble I may see for him, appart from having to defend himself at the court, would come from compensation claims by the victim's family, and this could be disputed as there's at least a vid showing her tolerating reckless driving (3 ppl riding, including her son, driving on the pavement, between cars etc) ..TiT
