Manhunt launched for an HIV-infected Czech for spreading the virus

Police have launched a nation-wide manhunt for an elderly Czech national who has allegedly slept with several young men and women despite the fact that he has AIDS.

An urgent order was sent to the northern-based 5th provincial police bureau by the Royal Thai Police Office for the police there to arrest the 52-year old Czech, identified as Fefer Zdenek against whom an arrest warrant was issued by the Interpol.

Pol Maj-Gen Pongdet Prommeechit, deputy commissioner of 5th provincial police bureau, described the Czech as a dangerous man and instructed police, especially in eight northern police, to arrest him on sight because of his sexual behavior of spreading AIDS to men and women.

He said the man was wanted in Czech Republic before he escaped to Thailand about three years ago and was reported to have travelled to several tourist destinations in Thailand during which, it was believed, that he had sex with several people.

Pongdet said the man had not been seen some time but police believe he is still in Thailand somewhere. He warned Thai women to stay away from this man and to report to the police of his whereabout.

HIV policy has been insane since the early 80's; we give them medications that allow them to hide their disease and appear healthy then trust them not to have sex without informing a potential partner.

Sure, that's going to work with HIV about as well as its worked with herpes.

The only winner in this are the big pharmaceutical companies.

At least he was caught, eventually.

A policeman searching the area found the man inside the store. He called for backup, but found he had to "urgently use the restroom", and the suspect fled when he was inside.
Officers found him again within hours at a house he had rented.

Can't they at least tattoo "HIV POS" on his forehead and/or cut his wanker off before they deport him? Wouldn't bother my conscience a bit, might save some innocent lives.

    Headed home

The Czech man accused of spreading HIV in Thailand since 2015 will be held and deported Tuesday to his own country, where he is wanted for abusing a child.
