Yes, DNA from cheek swabs, hair and nail samples are being compared to ......... DNA from the semen on the body.

The suggestion was (someones) that sample could be swapped to set someone up.
Which obviously wouldn't work unless they could swap the samples obtained from the victim with like samples from the person they want to fit up.
