The absence of a yearly government enforced inspection of commercial and private vehicles means images like this should not even raise an eyebrow.

I can only think of two explainations.
    a) The seating is made of combustible material and was caught by a cigarette
    b) They is a coach war going on and it was sabotage

Could not have been equip. error cause I know that bus was checked over just before it left as per instructions to all drivers that they keep their coach in proper repair and drive carefully,
Could not have been engine problems because I see that the engine hatch is open as per manufacturers recommendations.

when the title said COACH CATCHES FIRE, I thought it was maybe a cricket coach that had matches in is pocket and was hit by a second bounce ball and lit them matches. Sticky Wicket What.

no they dont but they are capable of bodging and patching up serious errors and problems with whatever materials they have lying around.

I recently bought a used motorcycle in Thailand from a dealer that turned out to have a hole in the gas tank that had been filled with body filler (bondo/P38) in the hope that the new owner would not be incinerated alive.
Fortunately i found the problem before any incident occurred.

Upon approaching the guy who sold me the bike i got the usual stoopid grin and he accused me of causing the damage myself.

    What a cnut!
