3 Month Pregnant woman threatens to jump from Bridge in Sriracha
A 3 months pregnant woman threatened to jump from a bridge on Saturday afternoon in Sriracha.
Police were called to the Huoy Banna Bridge in Sriracha District and attempted to persuade the 23 year old woman to climb back over the bridge railings to safety.
It took officers two hours of negotiation before they rescued the woman.
She told Police her Husband played snooker all the time and did not take care of her since he realized she was pregnant.
She was also concerned that the pair would have no money to take care of their child once he or she was born.
The woman, who refused to give her name, was led away from the bridge by concerned members of the public.
Police are now discussing the apparent suicide attempt with her Husband so the pair can solve their issues and avoid any similar episodes in the future.
