They know everything. Do shit right and don't lie - you will have "no let or hinderance" wherever you chose to go.

Do you mean the Thai embassy in London or one of the consulates ? The Thai embassy proper has always been the strictest in applying the letter of the law. Always better to apply from a consulate . Might be a bit more flexible.

Either way, it looks like the screws are being turned. 10 years from now there might be quite a few blokes facing long seperation from their Thai families because they won't be able to get over the bar.

Yes mate but if you contact the dept of work and pensions to check, it may be worth buying the extra years she needs, depending on her age and any future time she may spend in the UK. Working or not she can still buy non employed stamps to keep up, a very cheap option to ensure a pension in her own right.

Yes, Hull were so slack in the past and had so much posted on the net about it that eventually the inevitable happened and they had their wrists slapped and were made to tow the line.

There was thai women in Udon Imm yesterday, she had all sorts of problem because she came to visit her family but entered on a Aust Passport, not the Thai one.

Must admit to see a thai national have to go the the hoops that we have to is rather satisfying. Talk about about a rant.

Yes ^ and possibly there was a reason for that one ,, mabe her Thai one had run out ,, my Misses works with a girl who has done just that here , trouble is her husband is offering little in the way of help to get her renewal .

Its a bit of a faff TBH here in London as you have to get to west london very early in the morning to complete it .
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs
