    Mayan Calendar

    Brief Synopsis,

The Calendar was set by the Mayans over 3000 years ago, not for our benefit but to manage their ever day lives , politics , economics etc .

The Calendar comprises of 9 sectors of energy / evolution in the Cosmic Tree of Life (which must be the same as the Kaballistic Tree of Life ) which over a pre-determined period all these energy zones are activated and experienced.

It is like a huge clock with wheels within wheels determining the time when these cosmic energies are released,

Carl Calleman a scientist , has made a 30 year study of the calendar and written some books about the Mayan Civilisation, He spent a lot of time on the Pyramids .cracking the Time Code therein,

He notice that the Pyramids have 9 levels replicating the 9 power zones of the Cosmic Tree, at this time we are at the very top of the pyramid when the Mayans stopped calculating, the Mayan End Times

He noted that nowhere in Mayan text is Doomsday mentioned, but they hinted that another Cosmic Cycle would begin,

This is where the 2012 interest began, although Calleman say that 2012 is incorrect

The true date is October 28 2011,

He wrote a book in 1998 about the calendar , in it he predicted according to the cycles that an economic meltdown would occur in 2007, he was 2 weeks out,

I have just listened to a recent 1 hour interview with him, very informative , one thing he said was that another Economic Meltdown was due in November 2010, a big one that will really shake the Planet , this is required to pave the way for 28 Oct 2011, when the new era begins,

The Planet will not turn Turtle causing an Ice age, but it will economically devastating,

I am not a Mayan specialist but have many years of exploring things Mystical,

re Initiations , Kabballah, Chakras, religion, Other Dimensions, Starseeded entities, etc etc

There is a correspondence / connection / intertwining with all of these subjects

    Well we will see,

the 1st date being Nov this year,

    Taking note Spin

^^ Don't see the point of your post daffy, there are times when its just better to say nothing than to feel the need to always feel you have to voice your views of the world. I personally found the post interesting as I too had heard in the traps that the 2012 date was incorrect - so thanks to TSR2, he summarised things quite nicely.

It's good to see prohepcies noted before they occur. So often proved 'symbolically' after the fact. Although guessing a meltdown in 2007 is not so spectacular given previous economic meltdowns in 87, 97. Include that some future predictions that this current economic crisis has not yet hit rock bottom and he could be making educated guesses.

Does he have anything more specific?

OP, you didn't mention the Mayan is more accurate than ours. It accounts for leap year.

    Hand smacked !!

The question should be how did the Mayans who were quite a blood thirsty lot with their sacrifices know how to construct such a thing,

    Divine intervention??

    Ah, the cranial leakage continues.

Mathematics and observation must have been mutually exclusive to bloodthirst, then, in your world, I guess?

Hint : The blood sacrifices, as these things go, were motivated by religion; the construction and designs of the calendar, as well as many things in the Mayan's culture, were driven by religious devotion.

    Get it yet?

German drops Mayan skull, endangers mankind
    10 May 12

An ancient Mayan skull stolen from Tibet by Nazis - said to have magical powers to enable humanity to survive the December 2012 apocalypse - has been dropped by a lab assistant in eastern Germany, chipping its chin.

The volcanic rock skull, named Quauthemoc, was dropped - or, more eerily, may have fallen of its own accord - during a photo-shoot at a laboratory in the small town of Glauchau, Saxony.

"It was probably put down somewhere a bit wobbly," an eye-witness told Bild newspaper. "Suddenly it crashed to the floor. A big piece broke off the chin. It's really tragic."

But the skull's private owner - who was not in the room at the time of the fateful accident - was more sanguine.

"It was a bit of a shock at first, but then I found the damage was fairly marginal, so I was quite relieved," skull-owner Thomas Ritter told The Local. "I don't think it's a bad omen."

The 43-year-old amateur historian calls his Mayan skull Quauthemoc, and says it is one of 13 magic skulls that will help humanity survive the impending apocalypse on December 21, 2012 – the last day of the Mayan calendar.

On that day, Ritter plans to bring Quauthemoc to a meeting with the other owners and their skulls to an ancient Mayan site in Mexico.

"The prophecy says that the skulls will reveal a secret knowledge to humanity on that day," said Ritter. "But I can't say more than that. The skulls might start speaking or something, but I have no idea."

The journey taken by Quauthemoc to the lab in Saxony is worthy of an Indiana Jones adventure – Ritter said it had been kept in southern India and Tibet, where it was stolen from a monastery by a Nazi expedition between 1937 and 1939.

After the war, it was found among the belongings of Nazi Interior Minister and Gestapo chief Heinrich Himmler, a well-known connoisseur of black magic and ancient pagan cultures.

Ritter wrote in 2009 that a man whose grandfather was present when Himmler was arrested and took the skull, later gave it to him at meeting in Wiltshire, southern England.

The man told Ritter that Quauthemoc had chosen to “continue its journey” with him.

Ritter said he was not concerned that the chip on the skull's chin will limit its ability to prevent Armageddon.

"A lot of the other skulls have some kind of superficial damage too," he pointed out, rejecting the theory that butter-fingered lab assistants in Saxony would be responsible if the world ends in December.
