saw it on the news - bloody terrible and unprovoked. but no doubt the Chinese government will ignore world outrage, explain away the act, etc etc.

The Chinese authorities have gotten away with murder, literally, for ages.
Since they are powerful and important economically, the usual 'world police' guys seem unwilling to apply their standards in this instance.

there has been a serious lack of outrage mate, or even comment on it. A soldier gets kidnapped in Israel and all hell breaks loose. Innocent civilians are mudered, on tape, and nothing will come of it. No one is going to risk pissing off China. there have been all sorts of stories of human rights abuses and its swept under the rug all the time. too much cash being made there I guess
