Puerto Rico: 51st State?

I heard about this last nite on (shock) Beck. Nada on any MSM broadcasts, yet Congress votes on this today. TODAY.

PR has voted "no" to becoming a State three times. It appears the question posed to its citizens this time will be different.
Q before: Do you want to become the 51st US state? NO
Q now: Do you want to change to a different political status (or something like that -- are you happy with your current status)

Hmmm. Let's see, two extra senators and maybe six Congress reps. And who would they vote for? The libbies of course!
