In the U.S.A. there is a definite need. If the guns are taken away from the law-abiding citizens only the criminals will have guns.

To tell the truth, I did not know of any state that did not permit carring a gun as long as it was not concealed,, even Portland and Multanoma county does not recognise a concealed carry permit, but open carry was OK, but not with a round up the pipe.
