    The Biscuit Police

Worth a watch, especially at the end when the interviewer provides the following argument: 2 people enter into a voluntary agreement (contract) on ordering Biscuits & Gravy.

Yes, this guy cooks them at home, but you take a risk every time you go out to eat in a restaurant, or at your friends house. This person is providing a service.

Less regulation, and more simplicity is needed.

    Totally.

In these economic times, this guy is providing a service that people can voluntarily use.

As for the "health regulations," we all know what kitchens are really like! In the back, we never see what goes on.

    Good on, this guy.

Good find! Same, same in Canada. If you have a yard sale or something, you must have passed a food safety certificate course (about $50) and probably have an approved industrial kitchen if you want to sell hot dogs or whatever at the event. You need this certificate even to be a busboy or dishwasher or serve up slop at a Salvation Army lunch. Bladdy laughable.

Not just biscuits & gravy, but biscuits & sausage gravy with a couple fried eggs on the side... Now that's a good ole southern breakfast...
