I am sure they are innocent, US soldiers would never commit such atrocious acts.

Another great example of how much more intelligent Mr Earl is than butterfluffy.

Let's get to the bottom line ... Who supports the death penalty for the main perpetrator of this crime ?

Personally I think he should be thrown away in the streets of Baghdad and face the mob. The death penalty in a nice prison in the US would be an easy exit for him

or better yet, send him to the International War Crime tribunal with the others

Yeah, naught wrong with lynching culprits who'd otherwise most likely be acquitted or let off with a light sentence by pussy-footing "liberals".

It's got tradition in the States, why call it "terrorism" when others are doing it?

I don't think so ... you need to read a little more. Don't be surprised when you find out the Senate and Congress have wrote and re-wrote some laws soon. Both parties are banding together because of dissatisfaction with the Supreme Court decision.

^ well they can try and find themselves at odds with the rest of the world. Not that it will prove to be more effective in the War on Terror. You know 911 Part Deux is going to happen again, you are not going to escape it, no matter how many silly laws against terrorism are going to be voted. Laws don't stop terrorism.

Huh ? This statement from you pretty much makes everything you've posted in the past a wash. I thought you said there was no threat of terrorism against the US ?

Considering that terrorists don't support the government that passes such laws I think I would agree. More laws won't stop future terrorist attacks.
