Bangkok Protests: A Daily Occurance

by now everyone knows of the huge protests held at the 2 bkk airports. when i heard that the current government was dissolved i had mixed emotions. i was upset that the protesters got their way by holding (in my opinion) the city for ransom. on the other hand i was relieved that it would finally come to an end.
to my dissapointment i got home today to the most annoying sound on the planet...protesters with their megaphones sitting in the middle of the road in front of Queen Sirikit Convention Center. my discussion is based on 1 simple question; is anyone else EXTREMELY annoyed by protesters or is it just me? honestly i have no clue what "today's" protests is all about (can almost guarantee it's a self serving bullshit issue though) and truly i couldn't care less! i have a pretty low opinion of the whole protest thing for numerous reasons which i'll keep to myself for now to avoid offending or bringing up a taboo topic. what i DO know is this; my apartment has been filled with the sounds of this crap for the past 4 hours, the sois around my neighborhood are completely blocked and i'm being forced to listen to this crap.
PHEWWWW i feel a bit better now :-)

maaaaaaaan! rama 4 at aoke (arond the corner from me) cannot turn north to rama 3 as the klongtoey market protesters have that closed off AND cannot turn south onto asoke due to the protestors outside queen sisrikti convention center. arrrgggg!!!!!!!!
