Cops Tase 54 Year Old Woman For Sitting In Wrong Seat

The videotape recorded by eyewitness Seth Dahmen captures fans yelling at UW police officers over police handling of ejected fan Margaret Hiebing. Hiebing, 54, a long time season ticket holder who had not been drinking, was ejected from Camp Randall stadium during the Oct. 11 game against Penn State after she was discovered sitting in a stadium aisle, with her seat occupied by someone else. Authorities said a taser was used to subdue Heibing.
"She was lying on the ground face down and she was still kind of squirming, so they tasered her," Dahmen told 27 News. "On the back of the calf."
"I was shocked. I couldn't believe it, it was just really (a) scary sight." Dahmen said a police officer initially threatened Hiebing with pepper spray when Hiebing refused to leave the stadium seating area.
Former Wisconsin Department of Justice Training and Standards Director Dennis Hanson told 27 News the use of a taser is an accepted intermediate option when the subject of police commands is not cooperating.
"There are hand tactics, compliance holds, and pain tactics that are deployed first," Hanson said.
Hanson said factors such as thick, layered clothing can sometimes prevent officers from using less aggressive tactics than a taser.

Makes Euro hooligans pale in comparison.

Bit of a gap in the story. Makes one wonder what led up to her being tased. Guess that's not so important.

Why was she squirming, lying on the ground? Crystal meth? Who knows ...
But not important enough to include in the story ...

Why were the police/security guards called there to begin with?
You suppose they were wondering the aisles of the stadium looking for someone to tase?

    Yes, I'm sure you do.
And do you also believe everything you read?

I am sure she did something to be ejected from the game. I guess the taser was better than mace. Mace would have blown about and affected others in the area.

As you see, we have no sports hooligans in the states like you Euros do. Our police don't put up with crap like you rifle tossers.

Case in point is the PAD taking control of whole country and police doing nothing. It starts with enforcing laws, not just making them

That is very true, but we have rules to live by is the reason that we have so much freedom ya stupid ass.

Thailand has no freedom because they can not go by any rules, just a bunch of monkeys that don't live in trees.

It is funny the laws that the US has allows you pooves to keep corn holing each other and yet you hate them so much.

I can think of 4 posters right now that are as liberal as they come. Limp wristed, passive girlie men that shake hands with no power in their squeeze at all.

"Birds of a feather flock together" applies as you 4 seem to gravitate towards each other.

The USA has rules to live by, When monkeys came out of the trees and started to live in a social environment it was decided that there should be certain rules to allow for freedom without infringing on others peace, tranquility and serenity.

Thailand has none of these rules in the villages and not many in the citys.
Therefore the shit that is going on now, I am better than you so I can do as I wish and you do as you are told, so fuck off.
There is none of this in the USA, we each know and respect the rules set up for mankind to live in society and to be comfortable with them, Logic and consideration is a necessary thing when living together in peace and cooperation but are something that is missing here.

    Obeying laws?
I think you'll have to expound on that concept a little further, chitown.

Never mind, BG just did it.

    Actions and consequences.

hardly the case, that didn't stop you guys to invade illegally a country, against the rules of law, just because you could get away with it

last time I check, there were more people in jail in the US, than anywhere

Ane we are not allowed to piss in the streets or shit in the shower and push it down the drain with your toes either the that frogs do it.
Plus what other country has the population of the USA, I mean civilized free country, not counting India and China

hardly the case, they are usually deported, more like your usual American white trash obeying citizens doing time for following every "freedom" law possible in that nice little police state of yours,

I believe the Australian government is rethinking its use of tazers. They have admited the police force or using them uneccessarily.
