Even I could see this coming.

The politician is said to have been shot twice at close range as she entered her car after an election rally speech before a suicide bomber blew himself up close by.

A party aide said she was shot once in the neck and once in the chest as her car pulled into a main street.

He counted about 20 bodies, including police, and could see many other wounded

    Damn, that place is violent.

Why did Pervez agree to let her return? Surely they both knew it was a homocide in the making.

Perez has to blame himself for the flack he takes over this. He knew he couldn't protect her, or maybe he had his own people take her out as she seemed to be flaunting it?

Those damn Americans. If they were not so greedy and materlistic this would not have been done.

I am sure that Bush is behind this somehow.

The British Government has condemned this as ...I quote, 'a senseless attack'

Which is 180 degrees out of alignment, because liquidating Bhutto made a lot of sense for certain Pakki interests.

They tried to do her just after her return a few months back. Seems as if she was trying to be a martyr.

Talking out of your arse as usual.

Try to add your opinion if you have one, which I seriously doubt. Most of your 18,000 posts are one liners which shows your capacity.

As for Bhutto, sad but not unexpected. She was the best of the worst lot. I hope American gov't send hundreds of millions of dollars more to Musharraf to improve security in Pakistan.

So who had Benazir Bhutto in the Christmas deaths sweepstake then?

    "Guilty as charged"

Shot several times and then blown up. Pakistan security sources confirm cause of death as 'natural causes'.

This just in... A spokesman for Musharraf pointed out that there is a history of premature death in the Bhutto family.

My opinion about her is that she is more interested in herself having power than actually making any effort to improve the country, and that she is of no real loss to Pakistan. Reading interviews with her are very enlightening. The only things that really interest her are shopping in Oxford Street and trying to make her father a martyr. Her view on serious issues such as Kashmir were romantic and completely out of touch with the reality of the situation.

I didn't want to say all that, but now you know my immediate thoughts about her.

The Malaysian, Indonesian and Singaporean broadcasting services will be relieved. Whenever they talked about her on the TV news, they had to purposely mispronounce her name.
    Bhutto means "prick" in Bahasa.

No that isn't your thought! Most of it came from the websites. Ever bothered analysing Pakistani politics?

Ooh I forgot you are never bothered.
