The 2024 US Presidential Election Discussion thread

Here's a place to discuss the upcoming US presidential election, which is obviously predicted to be a Baldy Orange Cunto/Sleepy Joe affair, although a couple of things could change between now and November:

    1. Baldy could get convicted and go to jail
    2. Sleepy Joe could die or have a disabling stroke.

Both Biden and Harris are seriously in red territory, and with the majority of voters being classified as "Independent", Democrats are secretly crapping themselves at their candidates' lack of popularity.

As for the republicans, they are unable to escape from the orange turd's clutches.

As it stands, every poll gives the orange turd the edge over sleepy joe.

And things won't get any better for sleepy joe as his decline into dementia continues.

Who thinks these two will be battling it out in November?

And who thinks we'll have one or even two different candidates by then?
The next post may be brought to you by my little bitch Spamdreth

I worry that Biden is capable of physical and mental faux pas in the coming months.

Im sure that he is’managed’ by a capable, but unelected committee, but even that can’t stop him getting old and frail.

Trump must not be allowed to run the USA, because the US will lose what little credibility it presently retains.
As the current disruption in the Middle East has proven, some global issues are too sensitive to be managed by lesser nation states, or the megalomaniac Trump.
Philosophy is questions that may never be answered. Religion is answers that may never be questioned.

You have a point. Ronnie got to the stage where Nancy would have to prompt him what to say, but it didn't stop the Executive branch from functioning.

Mind you we had Iran-Contra which he "couldn't remember".

Well if you imagine the worst case of both parties having to nominate someone new at their conventions, surely it would be Haley and Newsom?

They seem to be the prime candidates at the moment.

    This is no surprise really.

The DNC must be quietly shitting themselves.

Donald Trump said he’s willing to hold as many debates as necessary with President Biden, saying there’s “an obligation” for the two to debate, The Hill reports. He added: “I would like to do it starting now. I don’t think Biden’s going to debate though. I really don’t think so.”

Well it looks like sleepy joe has finally realised illegal immigration is perceived as a major issue, moreso than the economy, which isn't doing bad.

And baldy orange cunto decided to express support for a federal 16 week limit on abortions, which isn't going to do the dumb shit any favours.

Strange how Trump has very.ittle to say on Israel Palestine issues! He is probably hoping that sleepy Joe will make languorous poilitcal and diplomatic statements take so long to bear no fruit, that Biden will do the job for him?

I don’t discount other candidates, but it does seem unlikely, unless Trump or Biden manage to somehow mismanage their own efforts?

We know baldy will use the blue suede shoes for a few votes if he feels he can. But you're right, he's been strangely quiet on the subject.

Probably afraid he may get asked questions about it.

Fucking hell, another nine months of this shit.

Donald Trump branded President Biden "a very nasty and vicious racist" during a speech on Friday at the Black Conservative Federation's annual gala in Columbia, South Carolina.
And I didn't realise Michigan is such a can of worms either.

Well Haley got 40% of the vote in South Carolina. Whether that's enough for supporters to bankroll her long enough for baldy orange cunto to get convicted of something is another story.

Because that's the only way she might have a slender chance of winning.

Even then I think the idiots that support baldy would probably refuse to vote for her in an election which would hand it to sleepy joe anyway (if he hasn't retired by then).

    Poor Eric

"May I have the pleasure of introducing some incredible people," Trump said. "Because they stuck right from the beginning from the very moment we announced, and they believe in Make America Great Again. That's what they believe in. They believe in America first. We're putting America first. First of all, my family: Melania, Barron, Don Jr. and Kimberly, Ivanka and Jared, Tiffany and Michael. They're so, so supportive. So supportive of me and we really appreciate it and love them. They're great. We have a great family."

So Biden won the Michigan primary easily enough, but 16% of the votes were "uncommitted" in protest against him sucking up to the blue suede shoes.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place, he can't afford to throw away that percentage of the vote in the Presidential election, but he doesn't want to upset the four by twos either.

Biden 81 now would be 82 on inauguration day .
    Macron became President at 39.

At just 24 years old, William Pitt The Younger, son of Pitt the Elder, was the youngest Prime Minister in history. He died aged only 46

While not Olympic exertion it is tragic the leading nuclear power of 400 million cannot offer the electors better.

I hope despite his unattractiveness sensible Americans will vote for anyone but Trump, I'm sure Zelensy, EU,UK Canada Isreal Egypt, Japan. Taiwan. ASEAN and S Korea won't welcome the crazed trumpanzee egotist back to the oval Office.

Unfortunately, that is a very real possibility. Some posters seem to take pleasure in the shit show that is American politics, but a second Trump presidency could have catastrophic implications, on a global scale. During his first term, he actually had a few capable people in his administration, that knew what they were doing, and actually had the balls to speak out against some of his lunacy. He won’t make that mistake, when forming his next administration. He will surround himself with yes-men, and we’ll all pay the price. He will spend his 4 years playing petty, vindictive politics, while Vlad and Bibi, run amok.

Here's my prediction (which I haves stated before): Biden will win the popular vote, but Trump will win the Electoral vote.

I also predict that everyone will be disappointed by his presidency: Conservatives by his chaotic and erratic management style, liberals by his attacks on the environment and on civil rights and everyone who is not a billionaire will be disappointed by his handling of the economy.

Correct. Trump and his supporters are living in the moment. They care little for the future of the country, or the planet.

The gullible, ignorant imbeciles, who have handcuffed themselves to that dead hooker, and are too fcuking stupid to recognize a used car salesman when they see one.
I know the Democratic Party has its wing that is off the rails, but it’s not the Crazy Train. No Democrats are blaming California wildfires, on Jewish space lasers, or accusing political rivals of running a kiddy porn ring out of a fcuking New York pizzeria.

    There is a large percentage of the 330, 000, 000 +
million people living in America, that need to be cleansed from the gene pool.
