Corbyn or May... Labour or Tory, both sides are looking to unshackle themselves from EU legislation to fuck the country for their own nefarious ends.
Labour to nationalise everything and do a Year Zero trying to unfuck 40 years of Thatcherism and the Tories so they can keep selling weapons and offshore bank accounts to the nasty scumbags they met at Eton and Harrow.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"

The destruction of the Tory state, the political death of May, the termination of the Eton cadre and the bankruptcy of the English xenophobic classes are all worth the penury brought by its devaluation.
No point having a nice coffin, when you're too fucking dead to care, eh?

I just want to see the English suffer.

How can you unfuck something that isn't fucked and has brought prosperity to millions. Thatcher provided the conditions for all to prosper just because a vocal minority chose to sit on their arses and whine and not take advantage is their fault and no one elses. Silly fucks are still whining about the pits being closed even now, even though Labour closed more than the Tories did.

that's just par for the course for civil servants. once a civil servant, always a civil servant. box ticking jobsworths, all of them.

my (dual citizen) wife is having to deal with some of these blinkered jobsworths, with their kafkaesque rules and black hole bureaucracy at the home office at the moment.

she has an appointment with her MP tomorrow in an attempt to get some help in dealing with these neanderthals who care little for the public they are paid to serve.

be interesting to see if he is up to the task and willing to help.

Certainly a bizarre attitude for one who spent his working life in the employ of the civil service in England. I'm pretty sure his resentment for the UK stems from him not being able to meet the requirements for a settlement visa for the wingman and thus being stuck in the ghastly whorehouse of Pattaya for his remaining days on an ever decreasing pension paid in sterling.

Ah, I suspect she has retained her maiden name in her Thai identity, yes? This is a latest wheeze in the Nazification of Britain by May's Home Office. They are compelling all dual British citizens to give up their alternative documented names if they want the Brit passport. I have heard of several in this boat who are stuck in Britain who refuse to forsake their maiden Thai names. Personally, I think it is unlawful but only an action in the Divisional court will progress things. I suppose if she alters her married name by declaration and changing her British citizen name back to the Thai maiden name could be a solution but that's to cave in to the nazi bitch May.
Alternatively, you could simply vote Labour and oust the nazis.......

    yes, thats what it is.

it will probably mean a trip back to thailand to change her maiden name on the thai passport before applying to renew her existing british passport.

we want to avoid that if possible, but if we have to return then we will just have to look on it as a months holiday rather than an onerous chore imposed on us by the home office, and bugger the expense involved.

changing her british name back to her thai maiden name by deed poll would involve all sorts of identity problems here and a whole shitload of bureaucracy to sort it out.

there are exemptions to this ruling, but we are not sure if we can use them, hence my wifes visit to the mp tomorrow.

its beyond party politics, straw, blunkett and alan johnston along with their civil servant enforcers were just as blind to pragmatic governance as may and her toadies were when at the home office.

maybe i'll ask the missus to black up before she goes tomorrow and hope that she will benefit from some windrush sympathy fallout.

Nope, Tax, it's down to the cvunt May and her nazi discipline that also provoked her attack on partners of Brit cits seeking settlement, the mayhem caused to their families and the attempt to ethnically cleanse Britain of hundreds of lawful old Jamaican codgers. The woman is a cvunt, pure and simple and has fuck all to do with civil servants and other political parties. It's her take on security and fraud: by fucking over Mrs Tax it's making Tory Britain safe, you see. But, this is the thing, once she changes her Thai passport to her Brit cit name, she can then apply for the renewal of the Brit passport and once she gets that then on her return to Thailand she can change her Thai passport back to her own name. Small victories but when you are dealing with English cvunts it's the principle.

When the Torres elected May PM, they wanted anonymous and mousy. She was so used to being the party punchbag at the home office, the new job was a perfect fit.
I don’t wish any ills on blighty, but it was going to happen anyway, inside or outside the EU.
Narrow minded and entitled victims like the gent should be forced to return and do community service. The alternative is just STFU.

Tick tock...tick tock. The clock is still running and the UK government still doesn't have a unified answer on any of the main Brexit issues.

The answers being debated are not acceptable. The UK decided to leave the EU with no viable alternative.

    Stupid is as stupid does.

Jolly good as the fukwit Doris being unable to negotiate a deal is the best hope for Brexit as in no deal and thus a nice clean Brexit.

she can change her Thai passport back to her own name.
according to the thai embassy in london, to change her name to her married name on her thai house registration papers and then on her id card, she will need to show certified translated copies of our british marriage certificate, then and only then she will be able to change the name on her thai passport.

to change the passport back to her maiden name, the thai authorities will need to see certified documentation confirming our divorce in the uk, at least thats what the thai embassy have told her.

It's not like the old days when Thai couldn't own land if married a farang, no advantage in keeping Thai name unless you have some ghastly surname like Westerby that she finds offensive.

Must say it looks like Brexiteers invoked their 'democratic' right to protest without a realistic plan to follow an unexpected victory. Not looking good, though to be fair I'm sure nobody reckoned on a weak and incompetent Remainer supervising the most critical event most will face in their lifetime.

There was a straight forward plan, it's just that those in power still don't accept the referendum result and are trying to thwart Brexit or water it down at every opportunity so that it is Brexit in name only. Consequence of having a pro EU civil service.

    Westerby
he was a character in a popular english novel of a few years back.

i doubt anyone would post either here, or in the public domain using their real name these days, especially if they held controversial or inflammatory views.
