That is an excellent point; can somebody please connect these migrants in mainland Europe to this thread, so they can make 'informed' decisions about their futures.

Good, that should stop the hordes heading towards Germany in their tracks and make them avoid being gassed by heading straight to the UK, which won't be ruled by a totalitarian regime soon and isn't effected by the social chaos and economic decline which ravage mainland Europe.
Thank the accomplished lady May for no increased border controls after the isles regain their freedom.

The Isles of Bliss & prosperity, a textbook model of democracy, reknown for its gourmet food, appealing climate & attractive, sophisticated women, must be a fool who wouldn't want to move there!

No one commenting on what Tusk had to say? Hopefully he's just sealed a clean Brexit.

By hard Brexit I presume you mean the clean Brexit that people voted for as in we leave the EU and all their institutions and are no longer beholden to their rules and regulations. We trade on WTO terms if need be until a trade deal is agreed then yes. But what Brexit has shown is how centralised power is within the EU held by people who are so distanced from the people. Brussels wants more Europe but the people don't. The EU needs to reform but it can't and won't. Brexit is just the start, when we are out others will follow and rapidly if we make a success of it but with a remoaner civil service and current government holding us back that will be the only draw back. But when they finally accept we are leaving happy times await.

Tusk is clutching at straws now, fighting for his own survival.
    Flaming parasite.
He should rot in hell and eat his own words for eternity.

Tusk is Polish and even the Polish government tried to get rid of him. Once on the EU gravy train they sure do look after their own while the rest of us pay for their extravagant lifestyles.

Not the most pc of statements from Tusk, but I agree with his sentiments. May those who take a path affecting millions of people with no plan rot in hell.

He should have picked a Latin or Greek proverb instead, probably have got away with it ... frustrating being blamed for the UKs stupidity.

Problem is that the media can now deflect from the Brexit debacle for a while instead of reporting the gory details of the failing Maybot.

So when will the witch jump horses ?

Troy a Brit supporting a foreign empire, you should be charged with treason!!!!!

But in all seriousness do you still fail to see why people voted to leave and if there is another vote leave will win again. Tusk has just ensured it.

No one voted for a Hard Brexit, it's a Brexiteer myth, the Ref. question was:
"Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union or leave the European Union?",
No detail whatsoever on exactly what Leave was going to look like.

The UK could implement the Maybot deal or a Hard Brexit and both would equally meet the terms of the referendum question, because in both cases the UK would no longer be a member of the European Union.

So, following a Hard Brexit, the exit strategy will be to return to the EU to make a trade deal?

What have the Tories got planned for when the EU says: 'how many times do we have tell you the Maybot deal is not open to further negotiations..." and "...but, oh btw that was the pre-Brexit offer, we had to add further conditions and the entire thing is non-negotiable" ?

So you interpreted the referendum question as if people voted to leave it was leaving with a deal? I don't remember that being on the ballot, it was leave or remain, was made quite clear especially by remoaners what leave meant and we still voted leave. And you wonder why I think you are a total fukwit.

If it wasn't for the education Troy received at UK taxpayers expense he would never be making the money he does in Germany. UK taxpayers paid for his education and yet he pays no UK tax. Troy is what is wrong with the UK as in takes out through his state funded education then pays nothing back and thinks he has a right to a vote on UK future.

I can't decide if you're drunk, brain damaged or just really really dum.

I didn't 'interpret the referendum question", I simply posted the actual Referendum Question as it was written on the ballot paper.

Nor did I say "people voted to leave it was leaving with a deal" ...my grammar would never be that bad.

And, the ballot paper did not say "leave or remain" it said: "Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union or leave the European Union?"

Here is my post again, try reading it slowly this time and maybe even more than once, feel free to sound-out the big words.

Well, thank-you toots, but you have only pointed out one of the reasons. You forgot that the Maybot, as Home Secretary made it virtually impossible for me to return to the UK with my third national wife. You also forgot that the UK stopped the marriage tax allowance, forcing many into two income families and the UK fails to respect Sunday as a day of rest.

However, all these minor points pale into insignificance when compared to the utter stupidity of having any kind of referendum on a money oriented issue, a referendum with a simple yes or no to a very complex issue that involves many different scenarios, none of which were explained or planned for. A referendum that has been blindly acted upon with no regard for almost half the population that voted against it and many that regret voting for it. A referendum which was plagued by media lies that are still being bounded around to this day.

Imagine a referendum that asked if citizens should pay income tax and the majority responding no, since it'll save them a fair few pennies each year.
