Theresa May has it all under control. We will be out of the EU at the end of March.
Long Live St Theresa of Westminster and all those who sail in her.
Latest reports are Doris is going to ask for an extension of A50 this week. Can't believe anything that comes out of her mouth as been telling anyone who'd listen all weekend we will be out on March 29.

loopy: Food shortage so we'll all die of starvation and no meds anyway so might as well die while the Queen legs it?
Go on, say it, you've been slurping at loonwatch, right?
As has been widely reported in the media, the House of Lords reached two main legal conclusions in its March 2017 report on Brexit and the EU budget:
1. “Article 50 TEU allows the UK to leave the EU without being liable for outstanding financial obligations under the EU budget and related financial instruments, unless a withdrawal agreement is concluded which resolves this issue.” (para. 135).
2. “The jurisdiction of the CJEU over the UK would also come to an end when the EU Treaties ceased to have effect. Outstanding payments could not, therefore, be enforced against the UK in the CJEU.” (para. 133).

From the same document, regarding conclusions 1. & 2. shown above:
What the EU says:This blog post shows that both conclusions of the House of Lords are likely erroneous. It argues first that the UK is liable in principle for a share of the EU’s budget commitments and pensions of EU officials.
....the UK owes around €60 billion as a result of its EU membership since 1973.
Even the Daily Heil thinks the "Blitz Spirit" was a bit shit in reality

My understanding is that without a deal the UK is not legally obliged to pay anything beyond the 2020 budget and some pension. Same understanding with no deal that we are morally obliged to make a substantial payment which is yet to be determined.
Whatever happens in March hopefully we can replace May soon after with not sure who, probably whoever wants the job. Not Corbyn though, he's the one keeping the Tories in power.
Do you realise you're double face palming the content of the document that you linked?
Or maybe you're double face palming yourself for posting a document that you thought said the UK didn't have to pay anything when it fact it was saying the opposite?

You do realise both Labour and Tory campaigned to implement Brexit in the last GE.
You do realise only the Tories/Maybot are involved in the shambles that are the Brexit negotiations?
^^He'll clutch at any straw.
A clusterfcuk sparked by Cameron and botched by May, but the losers of the last election are equally culpable?
What a risible clown.
don't argue with pensioners, they can't read right or understand anything they read
of course the UK is liable financially to financial commitments she made BEFORE she leave the EU
crazy old man takes this as meaning NO DEAL means NO payments of PRIOR financial obligations
then why did the UK had to negotiate the discount to 39b if it didn't have to pay anything MORALLY
Italy. Up shit creek without a paddle, all because .......
