well, if the charges today against manafort had anything to do with trump conspiring with the russians to defeat hillary than it would indeed be a great day for ant/boyz and their conspiracy theory.

one can still live in hope that mueller will eventually dig something up (congress has been digging for a year, too, and hasn't found anything, apperently).

all that's needed for impeachment is obstruction charges. Trump's all but said he did so you can count on Mueller digging that up.

Today is just the beginning...and Mueller's already lodged some very major charges.

OTOH....Mueller has bipartisan support and the Steele dossier had major GOP donor backing so Trump hasn't exactly won his party over.

I think that a prosecutor was able to convince a grand jury (a group of average citizens) that these serious charges were of a nature that they should be tried for their crimes.

i know it's complicated, but: singer (backing rubio) hired fusion gps to do oppo research during the primaries.

manafort was doing well for himself being a dodgy lobbyist for dodgy politicians around the world and probably would have been fine if he hadn't stepped in to help trump win the necessary votes at the republican convention.

if hillary had won, manafort would still be a free man.
