so much wrong with this statement...e.g. previously committed crimes are uncovered after leaders have taken office, some elected leaders are unable to rise to the position of the office, they become corrupt while in office, on and on......the democratic process is not without flaws and a safety mechanism needs to be in place for such events..........unfit at any job is cause for removal.....being selected by a particular process is not a pass for continued incompetence.

Here's a quick summary of all the current investigations: https://www.nzherald.co.nz/world/new...ectid=12209813

Of the latest House Judiciary on this comment from Nadler says it all I think:

"Over the last several years, President Trump has evaded accountability for his near-daily attacks on our basic legal, ethical, and constitutional rules and norms, Investigating these threats to the rule of law is an obligation of Congress and a core function of the House Judiciary Committee."

^ Lots seem to vanish. Easier to delete than debate.

Since when does Fat Jerry give a shit about rule of law? Ask him about sanctuary cities -- how lawful is that? The Dem cuntos are still aching over Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, being THEIR president.

Jerry Nadler states too that it's his personal opinion that Trump is guilty of something.

    Got that? 'Personal opinion.'

What a douche-bag. Still got the Red-Ass over Satan's Prom Queen going tits up. (what a ghastly image that would be).

'Tariff Man' Trump set to become $US100 Billion Man as trade gap soars

President Donald Trump, the self-proclaimed Tariff Man, is set to become the $US100 Billion Man.

If the trends of the past year and economists' expectations hold true, trade data to be released on Wednesday will show the US's deficit in goods and services with the world topped $US600 billion ($847 billion) in 2018.

That means Trump's presidency will have seen the US trade shortfall -- the main metric by which he judges countries to be winning or losing -- grow by more than $US100 billion.

Put another way, by Trump's own benchmark the US is 20 per cent worse off than it was at the end of 2016, just before he took office.

    I don't think so.

Possibly one on posts by multinicks reinventing themselves as a rabid pro-Trump supporter for the purposes of trolling though?

Yeah how dare he have a personal opinion. Why isn't he following the official Fox News propaganda line?

How will he spin that? How will Sanders spin that?
No doubt, whatever the spin, the mouth-breathers will accept the spin.

interesting read ....too long to post all of it

‘Grab that record’: How Trump’s high school transcript was hidden

In 2011, days after Donald Trump challenged President Barack Obama to “show his records” to prove that he hadn’t been a “terrible student,” the headmaster at New York Military Academy got an order from his boss: Find Trump’s academic records and help bury them.
The superintendent of the private school “came to me in a panic because he had been accosted by prominent, wealthy alumni of the school who were Mr. Trump’s friends” and who wanted to keep his records secret, recalled Evan Jones, the headmaster at the time. “He said, ‘You need to go grab that record and deliver it to me because I need to deliver it to them.’ ”

The superintendent, Jeffrey Coverdale, confirmed Monday that members of the school’s board of trustees initially wanted him to hand over President Trump’s records to them, but Coverdale said he refused.

“I was given directives, part of which I could follow but part of which I could not, and that was handing them over to the trustees,” he said. “I moved them elsewhere on campus where they could not be released. It’s the only time I ever moved an alumnus’s records.”

The former NYMA officials’ recollections add new details to one of the allegations that Michael Cohen, the president’s longtime personal lawyer and fixer, made before Congress last week. Cohen, who told the House Oversight and Reform Committee that part of his job was to attack Trump’s critics and defend his reputation, said that Trump ordered him “to threaten his high school, his colleges and the College Board to never release his grades or SAT scores.”

So basically the Dems know they can't beat Trump if he runs again so will try anything to stop that happening, might be wasting their time though in trying to wear him down as The Don shows no signs of throwing in the towel.

Considering that they don't even have a clue which of the dozen or so candidates he'll be running against, they can't actually know that now.

However, as it stands, the trumpanzees "know" he won't win, which is why there is this "socialist" hysteria which it would appear will be the mainstay of their campaign.

The NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll found that 41 percent of registered voters plan to vote for Trump while 48 percent said they plan to vote for whoever ends up becoming the Democratic candidate. By contrast, at about this point in former President Barack Obama's presidency, 45 percent of voters said they planned to vote for Obama while 40 percent preferred a generic Republican candidate.

Trump squeaked a win against a highly unpopular Dem candidate, lost the popular vote by a large margin, and his administration is characterised by low-approval rates and lurching from one fuck-up to the next.

How and when did he suddenly become undefeatable?

Only had about a 1% chance of winning last time according to whoever it was who was posting the daily polls saying welcome to your next president Clinton. And a lot of people will vote according to their own personal circumstances as in if better off now than a few years ago. While the economy is chugging along nicely, unemployment at lows, stockmarkets doing well Trump will get votes regardless of whether any of this is down to him or not as when things are going well for people they don't want to rock the boat.

What has any of that got to do with the Dems knowing they can't beat Trump with the current list of potential runners they have?

The poll numbers I posted, which you seem to ignore, would suggest that they don't think replacing baldy orange cunto with any of the democractic candidates thus far nominated would "rock the boat" - by a 7 point margin.

And remain was going to defeat leave by a 10 point margin in Brexit 55-45.

And probably would have at that time.

Do you understand what polling is? Do you understand the meaning of "margin of error"?

Are you a complete fucking dumbass?

So what you're trying to say is your poll is totally pointless as it's based on a sample of probably only a few thousand people and if they were going to vote today. Give up 'arry.

Let me put it in simpler terms for you. If the Democrats "know" they can't beat baldy orange cunto, then they will not waste fundraising efforts on a Democratic candidate - it costs up to a billion dollars these days.

Instead, they will put all of their fundraising into winning back the senate and keeping the house.

Now, tell me genius, what do you think will happen?

Bloody hell what are you on about?

A poll taken now represents opinion now and includes a margin of error.

A poll taken on election day represents opinion then and includes a margin of error.

Poll numbers change, as do opinions, you fucking muppet.

Why do you keep talking nonsense, the GOP were convinced Killary would win so they put all their money into fighting house seats yet Trump still won without them. The dems will back whoever runs with all they have and still lose if it's against Trump from the current list. Is that simple enough for you?
