However, Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn has argued for a more conciliatory moniker. In a statement he said “While I agree that these are very naughty people, calling them nasty names will only make them sad, and that is something my conscience can’t agree with.”
As US, French and Russian forces continue to hammer the region back into the stone age, talk of the UK joining in with air strikes will be put on the back burner until the new name has been agreed.
A Conservative Party think tank commissioned a special phone vote on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ programme, which determined the public’s favourite suggestion to be “Caliphate of Ultra Nationalist Terrorists in Syria”.
This is expected to be put to the commons vote, just as soon as a suitable abbreviation can be decided upon.

"The fact that he left for Syria -- the police are to blame. They wouldn't leave the boy alone," said Magomedov's father, Zaynudin.

The plane went from northern Russia south in the Atlantic, east into the med to Syria ( being escorted by Russian fighters), dropped it's payload and then flew north through Iraq and Iran, back to Russia. One suspects that the plane could have flown south from Russia, through Iran and Iraq and then returned by the same route. The articles, published on the daily's front page, reported that the trucks in question were intercepted by gendarmes on two occasions in January 2014 after prosecutors received tip-offs that they were illegally carrying arms to Syria. There have been allegations that the arms were going to extremist groups fighting against the Syrian regime. Ankara, on the other hand, insisted that the trucks were carrying aid to Syrian Turkmens and branded their interception as an act of “treason” and “espionage.”
Dündar continued, “First the government responded saying: ‘No there is nothing of the sort. This is aid. Then it was revealed that these were guns. Then they said that these were going to the Turkmens. Then the present deputy prime minister, Tuğrul Türkeş said, ‘I swear to God they [the trucks] were not going to the Turkmens.' … Then later the Turkmens said they did not receive any arms.”

Street shops like Goldman Sachs (GS) and government officials in Venezuela signaling oil could go to the mid-$20 per barrel range next year, analysts at places like RBC Capital Markets have been warning that chronically low oil prices plunging towards seven-year lows means increasing social chaos in countries on the edge—including those battling ISIS.
Five countries are high on the radar screen for societal risks from low oil prices, which RBC Capital Markets has labeled the “Fragile Five.” They are Algeria, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, and Venezuela. ISIS operatives are believed to be in most of these countries.
The wealthier Gulf State governments can adapt to low oil prices by borrowing in the bond market or raising taxes and cutting government spending, though the latter risks more social unrest. Already, the United Arab Emirates pulled fuel subsidies and is mulling corporate and sales taxes. Still, OPEC member countries have seen their group’s revenues drop by nearly $500 billion in the past year, as oil has plunged more than 40%.
