In general, it is clear that the activity of foreign intelligence services directed against Russia and our allies is on the rise. Innovative methods of collecting and falsifying information, cyberattacks, and attempts to recruit agents to gain access to data on the defence, economic, resource potential of Russia are being used. Finally, operations are carried out to influence the political and social processes in our country."

A UN organisation has delivered a report on the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Fact Finding Mission (FFM). To whom it is unclear but not to the public. The report will be passed to another UN group, the OPCW-UN Joint Investigative Mechanism (JIM), to apportion blame at some future time.

Reuters has a report which suggests Sarin was used.
