The LORD at the Russian headquarters of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) discusses the use of Intelligence, but also highlights the non use of fake intelligence or fabricated itelligence by the Russians.

Of course, many countries of the world have intelligence services, but not all states have such a powerful and special tool as illegal intelligence. I would like to thank everyone who in difficult years – I am confident you know what I am referring to – have preserved traditions, continuity, experience, and the school of training in the sphere of illegal intelligence.

Today, this capacity is fully utilised in service to Russia. It helps identify and block external threats in a timely manner and protect our sovereignty and right to be a free and independent country

You are well aware of the challenges faced by Russia. They include attempts to hinder our development, to provoke confrontation, and to destabilise the regions near our borders. In particular, terrorist and extremist groups are being used as tools. It is no secret that some of them are being diligently looked after, and even receive direct support from special services of a number of states.

In general, it is clear that the activity of foreign intelligence services directed against Russia and our allies is on the rise. Innovative methods of collecting and falsifying information, cyberattacks, and attempts to recruit agents to gain access to data on the defence, economic, resource potential of Russia are being used. Finally, operations are carried out to influence the political and social processes in our country."

    Full Speech here:

The[at]President congratulated Foreign Intelligence Service staff and[at]veterans on[at]the[at]95th anniversary of[at]Russian illegal intelligence ? President of[at]Russia

Additionally Russians are aware that an attack from the golden haired idiot may be focused not only on Syria but Russian and Iranian forces. A theme echoed abroad as well as by the ameristani UN rep.

A UN organisation has delivered a report on the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Fact Finding Mission (FFM). To whom it is unclear but not to the public. The report will be passed to another UN group, the OPCW-UN Joint Investigative Mechanism (JIM), to apportion blame at some future time.

Reuters has a report which suggests Sarin was used.

Chemical weapons watchdog says sarin used in April attack in Syria | Reuters

An ameristani house coloured white, has issued their own press release, based on what is unclear.

"Today, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Fact¬ Finding Mission (FFM) issued a report confirming that sarin or a sarin-likechemical weapon was used on April 4, 2017, in Khan Shaykhun, Syria.

"The facts reflect a despicable and highly dangerous record of chemical weapons use by the Assad regime."

    https://www.state.gov/r/pa/prs/ps/2017/06/272289.htm

Does ameristan believe that being the first to publish fake, unproven allegations in some way enhances it's status and reputation for truth?

On wonders what is in and force used to deliver bullets, missiles, bombs and all their delivery systems if not chemicals. I believe rocket motor use chemicals, bombs contain chemicals, bullets are made of chemical derived elements even nuclear weapons are chemical based. All in the Periodic Table.

As all weapons have some chemicals, utilised either in delivery or deadly force are you implying the end result, dead people, is somewhat different?

Or are you emotionally swayed by the proven fake videos and pictures of innocent children being slaughtered. I'm sure none are similarly slaughtered by cruise missiles, bombs from 3 miles high or artillery shells. You are not alone, the current ameristani leader and his family were also influenced in declaring illegal war against Syria, enjoy the company and the combined lack of morals.

Crusader coalition shells, bombs, bullets, phosphorus shells, depleted uranium shells, deadly epidemics and starvation are so much more healthy for the unarmed citizens, yes?

Tell that to the Iraqis, the Sudanese, the Vietnamese, the Cambodians, the Laos the Yugoslavians, the Ukrainians ............. They still live with the affects of their "clean" weapons.

Disgusted at the selective brain dead in Thailand.

On a happier note it is alleged that Turkey, a NATO member is buying, what some claim to be to No. 1 defence SAM system, from the LORD.

Russia enters NATO?s bedroom ? Indian Punchline

"Can we say a “terrible beauty” is born in the NATO’s underbelly — to borrow the words from the Irish-English poet Y. B. Yeats? Moscow disclosed on Thursday that Russia’s contract with Turkey on the delivery of S-400 long-range air defense missile systems has been finalized.

The Russian Presidential Adviser for Military and Technical Cooperation Vladimir Kozhin said, “The contract has been agreed and everything is understandable there but the issue of a loan, funds has not been settled yet.” (TASS) The Russian press reported that Turkey has sought a loan to finance the purchase and Moscow is actively considering the proposal.

Within hours of the “breaking news”, US President Donald Trump was on the line, phoning up Turkish President Recep Erdogan. The White House readout said that Trump discussed “numerous subjects” with Erdogan, including ways to resolve the rift between Qatar and Saudi Arabia while “ensuring that all countries work to stop terrorist funding and to combat extremist ideology”. It said Trump emphasised “the importance of all our allies and partners increasing their efforts to fight terrorism and extremism in all its forms.”

    Coincidence I'm sure.

TASS: Business & Economy - Russia?s contract with Turkey on S-400 delivery agreed ? presidential adviser

"ST. PETERSBURG, June 29. /TASS/. Russia’s contract with Turkey on the delivery of S-400 long-range air defense missile systems has been agreed while the issue of loan provision has yet to be settled, Russian Presidential Adviser for Military and Technical Cooperation Vladimir Kozhin said on Thursday.

"The contract has been agreed and everything is understandable there but the issue of a loan, funds has not been settled yet," Kozhin said at the 8th International Maritime Defense Show in St. Petersburg."

One wonders what backdoors are built into the "export" version.

    "
    What is the S-400 / SA-21?
Quite simply, the SA-21 is the most dangerous operationally deployed modern long-range SAM (MLR SAM) in the world. According to Air Power Australia, the maximum effective range of the SA-21 is either 215 nautical miles (nm) or 130 nm based on missile variant. The system can track 100 airborne targets and engage six of them simultaneously.[1] The longer-range missile MEZ would blanket all but the eastern-most tip of Syria, including the Royal Air Force operating location at Akrotiri Air Base on the island of Cyprus and the USAF operating location at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Even the shorter-range missile MEZ would cover half of Syria, nearly reaching, the headquarters of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in Al-Raqqah. The SA-21 is claimed to have counter-low observable and counter-precision-guided munitions engagement capabilities, and is extremely mobile. Of US and coalition airborne assets deployed in theater, only the F-22 Raptor has any ability to operate and survive inside the SA-21 MEZ."

"The contract has been agreed and everything is understandable there but the issue of a loan, funds has not been settled yet," Kozhin said at the 8th International Maritime Defense Show in St. Petersburg

    Even the Chinese have commented.

    "
ANKARA, July 1 (Xinhua) -- Moscow and Ankara have reportedly agreed upon a deal for the supply of S-400 long-range surface-to-air missile systems to Turkey, which experts say should not alarm NATO.
No other NATO country has bought the advanced air defense systems before, believed to be incompatible with the alliance's systems.
The deal was confirmed on Thursday by Russia's presidential advisor Vladimir Kozhin. "The contract has been agreed and everything is understandable there but the issue of a loan, funds, has not been settled yet," he said, quoted by the Russian press.
Recently, top Turkish authorities have voiced an official interest in purchasing advanced S-400 air and missile defense systems from Russia."

You will have to address the writer of the piece, an Ex Indian Ambassadoor, he is the quoted source. I suspect it was the English Education he received as a boy/young man, but I'm sure he will advise you if you contact him.

Not I, my sources writings are inside quote marks.

I have no illusions regarding Yeats.

You must be very old to call me a boy, flattery will get you everywhere.

HoHo suffers from a condition called "Confirmation Bias" where he will only accept fairy tale websites that confirm his own whackjob theories, hence TASS, RT, etc.

It's quite well documented as a mental condition.

"Confirmation bias, also called confirmatory bias or myside bias, is the tendency to search for, interpret, favor, and recall information in a way that confirms one's preexisting beliefs or hypotheses...

Confirmation biases contribute to overconfidence in personal beliefs and can maintain or strengthen beliefs in the face of contrary evidence. ".

If either of you actually investigated the information illuminated by such "sources" you may notice that the articles are reinforced by quotes, videos etc from real people, with named positions of legal authority.

I know your own ideas are formulated by accepting "breaking news" from "an unknown source", known lying sources or a person "who could not be named as they are not authorised" to speak.

Some counties have government officials who actually say what they say. Other countries have officially people who belong to the government, unfortunately they all release contradictory statements which are valid for the time they take to speak. One minute, five minutes, ten minutes latter, they themselves or another allegedly authorised or not, voice is quoted by the oh so reliable ameristani MSM as contradicting the previous speaker.

Who should any foreign leader talk too, who has the authority to speak for the ameristani and it's vassal citizens?
