They are already humiliated worldwide, in all my travels I have only met one race of people that when you ask where they are from they say "sorry, i am american"

I agree with Kissinger's quote. Shrink wrapped brains shrouded in the flag, also.

I was flying to Korea and next me was a guy who already had 46 years in the US Army and was being stationed in Korea. He was looking at the computure screen of the world on the back of the seat, and pointed to a land mass and asked if it was Australia.

I answered "yes."

He replied, "oh, this is a world map."

He also did know that Seoul was close to the DMZ.

Iraq was an ill conceived debacle, but don't expect a humiliating scurry for the exit like the evacuation of Saigon. The US military has some big time, and expensive, infrastructure on the ground there. There will be a military Garrison there for some time yet, numbers being incrementally wound down.
