Just got my new camera.

Just got my new camera delivered. Got a Nikon P510, just in time for my initial foray to LOS.
Anyone else have or used this camera? What do you think of it?
Still waiting for my memory cards to arrive, so I'm getting by on the cameras internal memory at the moment (90Mb), so take 10-15 pictures then transfer them to computer so that I can clear the memory again.

hope you've got steady enough hands after a few beers ..
i have an older version panasonic super zoom camera
it's good fun to use .

you may find a spare battery is a good investment, if they are not too expensive.

^ Yep, monster zoom alright, 24mm - 1000mm (35mm equivalent).

I've bought a tripod for use when using the big zoom.

Thanks for the tip re the extra battery. I was thinking of getting one too.
